The news section will constent collect the news from the major news provider and categorize and organized to make it easy for people to view, so people can have the latest news update around the clock at one place without distract by so many ads pop up;)

We will add more classified news in and we would like to hear from the users what they like.

We have noticed there are some posting from other countries which promote the loan facilities. Only email address or other countries’ phone are on the posting. General, this classifieds portal will only accept the local posting and offers from other countries will be removed, this is to protect the users and the website.

Classifieds are simply better when used online for both consumers and advertisers.

It is easier for consumers to find what they are looking for:

It is easier to search & browse online;
It is more effective to qualify interest when listings contain more descriptive information (e.g., more text, photos, virtual tours, etc.); and
It is quicker to make contact (just drop a seller an email).

For sellers, online listings are more convenient and cost effective:

Ads can be purchased more cheaply and in many cases are free;
It is easier to accept inbound requests via email (using an anonymous screen name);
Listings attract better prospects when they contain more descriptive information; and
Advertisers can edit or delete a listing at any time.

It also good for the environment, we can save a lot of flyer, paper, trees, and make our environment cleaner:)

It is always difficult to find the useful information on a classifieds website. And many people easily get lost in the huge amount of information. SEARCH function is especially useful in this situation.

for example, you want to rent a room at bukit batok area. You may go direct to the sgadsonline.com and enter into the HDB Rent category. After that, click the search function at the top right corner of those categories. Enter your search criteria, select “offer” from Type field, select the “bukid batok” from the district field, and click search. You will get all the posts which you may interested.

That perhaps the most useful function of the classifieds website.

In order to maintain the ads quality, we will review all the ads posted and delete those spam ads and ads posted to the wrong category.

So, please spend some time to post your ads to the correct category, that will help all of us.

There are many classifieds websites out there, after using them, I am not really happy with them.

Here are some of the reasons:

1. Not free.
2. Too many ads pop up
3. Tidous registration and login process
4. Difficult to find the uesful information
5. Too much rubish there

So, I decided to creat one to solve these problems. So, sgadsonline.com is born.

Lots of people do not notice the “search” function at the right top corner. Here are some of the way to use it.

1. You can search the most recent, 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, ads at one glance.
2. You can search who just post the ads looking for house at which area recently.

This is the most powerful function of the classifieds and I use it everyday. You may find your golden opportunities there:)

sgadsonline.com has been running for over two monthes since May 2006. There are a few hundreds posting there, most of the posting are properties related. Current daily vistors are about 100+. Page view is around 700-800. Not bad for a new site.
